Terms of use

Last updated July 14, 2026. These terms govern access to the LaunchFoundry website and digital products. The seller and transaction details for an individual purchase appear in Stripe checkout and on the buyer's receipt.

Digital-product license

Purchases grant one buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and customize the files for their own business and client services. Source files may not be redistributed, sublicensed, shared, or resold as standalone products or templates.

Delivery and access

Paid files are delivered through the secure post-payment page. Buyers are responsible for saving a local copy. If a valid purchase cannot be accessed or a file is defective, follow the steps on the support page.

No earnings guarantee

LaunchFoundry provides educational materials and business tools. We do not guarantee revenue, customers, employment, business success, or any particular result. Results depend on the buyer's decisions, execution, market, and other factors outside our control.

Acceptable use

You may not use the products for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent activities. You remain responsible for reviewing and complying with laws and platform policies applicable to your business.

Liability

Products are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. LaunchFoundry is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Refunds and support

The refund policy explains the 14-day file assurance. For other questions, use the verified support contact shown on your Stripe receipt or visit purchase support.
