Because downloadable products are delivered immediately, purchases are generally final once files have been accessed.

When we will make it right

If a file is defective, missing, materially different from its description, or you were charged more than once, contact us within 14 days. We will first correct or replace the files and, when that is not appropriate, issue a full or partial refund.

How to request help

Use the verified support contact shown on your Stripe receipt and include the product name, purchase email, order date, and receipt or payment ID. Never send a full card number or security code. You can review the complete steps on the support page.
