Find your receipt
Search the inbox used at checkout for the Stripe receipt or payment confirmation.
Include the details
Send the product name, purchase email, order date, and receipt or payment ID.
Protect payment data
Never send your full card number, security code, password, or bank login.
Common fixes
- Retry the private download link from the post-payment page in the same browser.
- Check your Downloads folder for a ZIP named after the product.
- Extract the ZIP before opening OPEN-ME.html.
- If a charge appears twice, include both receipt or payment IDs.
File problems reported within 14 days are covered by the file-assurance policy.
