Privacy policy

Last updated July 14, 2026. This policy explains what LaunchFoundry collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

We process information you choose to submit during a purchase, support request, or email-list signup, such as your email address and order details. Payment card information is handled by Stripe and is not stored by LaunchFoundry. The free Offer Clarity Scorecard stores answers only in your browser and does not require an email address.

Email field notes

If you explicitly join the LaunchFoundry field notes, we store your email address, signup source, consent timestamp, and subscription status. We use that information only to manage the requested updates and understand which free resources create qualified interest. You can leave the list at any time on the unsubscribe page.

Technical information

Our hosting and security providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser, device type, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security logs. This information is used to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service.

Optional analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics,” Google Analytics may receive page, campaign, device, and interaction information so we can understand which free guides and product paths are useful. Analytics is not loaded until you consent, advertising signals are disabled, and we do not send names, email addresses, payment details, scorecard text, or other form contents. You can clear the saved preference in your browser storage at any time.

How information is used

We use information to process and deliver purchases, send updates you requested, answer support requests, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use service providers for website hosting, payments, fraud prevention, digital delivery, and customer support. They may process information only as needed to provide those services and under their own applicable privacy terms.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, security, accounting, and legal requirements. No online service can promise absolute security, but we use reasonable safeguards and limit access to operational needs.

Your choices

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or other qualifying privacy rights. Transactional messages necessary to deliver or support a purchase may still be sent.
